3. Procedure after receipt of notification
Once we receive a valid notification:
- We will review the request and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- We will notify the party that posted the content in question and provide them with a copy of the notification.
- If necessary, we will allow that party to file a counter-notification pursuant to the DMCA.
4. Submit a counter-notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notification. To be valid, it must include:
- An identification of the removed or disabled content and its original location.
- A sworn statement stating that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact details: full name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your area and that you accept service of process from the complaining party.
- A physical or electronic signature.

5. Abuse and misrepresentation
Please note that the DMCA imposes penalties for making a false statement in a notification or counter-notification. Anyone who intentionally misrepresents infringement may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
